The rules that apply when you buy from CloudPannel.

These terms apply to every order placed on cloudpannel.com. By completing a purchase you agree to them. If anything is unclear, ask us first rather than guessing.
1. Who We Are
CloudPannel is an independent reseller of digital accounts and subscriptions. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially connected to any of the companies whose products we list. All product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, to order. By ordering you confirm you meet this and are buying for lawful purposes.
3. What You Are Buying
You are buying access to a digital account for the period stated on the product page. You are not buying a licence directly from the provider, and no software or intellectual property ownership transfers to you.
Important: your use of any account remains subject to the underlying provider's own terms of service. Resold or transferred accounts may conflict with those terms, and a provider may suspend an account at its discretion. Read the provider's terms and decide whether that risk is acceptable for you. If you need a guaranteed, uninterrupted, fully compliant subscription for business-critical work, buy directly from the provider at list price. That is the honest advice.
4. Delivery
Accounts are delivered by email to the address you give at checkout. Most orders arrive within minutes; occasionally it takes a few hours. If we expect a longer delay we will tell you. Check your spam folder before reporting a missing order.
5. Warranty
Every account carries a replacement warranty for the full length of the plan you bought. If it stops working, or does not match the product page, contact us and we will repair or replace it. Details are in our refund policy.
6. What Voids the Warranty
- Changing the login email, password or recovery details without asking us first
- Sharing or reselling the credentials
- Using the account for spam, fraud, harassment or anything unlawful
- Triggering a suspension through your own breach of the provider's rules
- Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use anything bought here to commit fraud, distribute malware, infringe copyright, harass anyone, or break the law. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities and refuse service to anyone acting in bad faith.
8. Payment
Prices are in US dollars and payable in full at checkout. We do not store your card details.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you order is the version that applies to your order.
